I would really recommend Greenhouse student Lets. The landlord's are really nice and if you have any problems with the house Michael comes around straight away to fix it!! They are very accommodating and friendly and the houses are kept in very good condition.

My house was by far the highest spec of any student house that I've been to in my 2 years at university with a new kitchen with, most importantly, a dishwasher and also both bathrooms had been replaced just before we moved into our house. The house was light and airy with large bedrooms which was more than we could have hoped for!

As for the landlords, they were fantastic! The only ever problem I had at the house was that the lightbulb in my room stopped working and within 20 minutes Michael had been round and fitted a new one.

After my placement finishes, I'll definitely be living in one of the Greenhouse properties again and I recommend having a look as they have a range of houses catering for different sized groups.

The landlords were really friendly and always willing to come round and help out whenever we had a problem with something. The house was perfect for the seven of us, and we fit in well with our neighbours. Would recommend!

Having spent 2 years of my degree with Greenhouse Lets, I simply cannot praise them enough. Their houses have character and feel homely, unlike much student accommodation that is so often run down and basic. Instead of having to chase up a property agency for the most basic of needs, you are met with a professional and friendly service meaning any enquiry or repairs are dealt with in the most timely manner. All bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and spacious and most importantly insulated for those cold Sheffield winters. The living rooms were comfortable and the kitchens were always equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer (invaluable resources to any student!) Many of my fondest memories of university were in those houses and for that I will always be grateful to the Greenhouse team. I would recommend Greenhouse Lets to anyone studying in Sheffield, their highly maintained properties and welcoming adept service sets them apart from the competition.

The houses are well decorated and well designed so they feel so much homlier than a lot of other student houses. The landlord is incredible and any issues you may have will be sorted straight away. Living in these houses for the past few years has amplified the uni experience massively and I would fully recommend them to anyone.

I have had a fab year living with Greenhouse, all of my anxiety about moving into a student house from halls went away so quickly, knowing I was in a roomy, well kept and secure house.

We have had an excellent relationship with our landlords, bugging them about any little thing, and they have always acted swiftly upon any query or request. They have never not had a smile on their faces regarding anything: signing, rent, upkeep of the house, and now moving out, and they have been very honest and friendly. Very sad to have to leave their care, and hope that many more students can find landlords like them - we were so lucky.

I have had great experience while using Greenhouse lets. Both Michael and Lisa have been warm and welcoming. Whenever I had any questions or issues they were always addressed promptly. Even when they needed to visit the house they were always over either the same day or the next day.

This level of service makes living in one of their houses a great experience.

Our son has spent the first year at Sheffield Hallam University, living out at 103, Club Garden Road, a house owned by Greenhouse Student Lets. This is a large terraced house which had been renovated and decorated to a high standard. This provided our son with comfortable and safe shared accommodation, convenient to access the university and local amenities. The landlords, Michael and Lisa, were readily available to discuss any issues and proved to be excellent landlords and indeed reassured us that our son had further support whilst away from home.

Our son is moving to another Greenhouse Student Lets property which is of an even higher standard, whilst completing his second year at university. The cost of this accommodation is similar to the costs of living in Halls of Residence. We would recommend Greenhouse Student Lets to any other prospective students and their parents who require a good standard of accommodation managed by responsible landlords.

Hi, thank you so much for the house this year it’s been such a nice place to live and start my first year at university.

Firstly the house is unlike most student houses you'll have heard of, it's far from the dark damp and cold houses you'll be lead to believe that is all is available! Even though the house is big with high ceilings it stays warm through winter. The house has a fantastic kitchen with loads of space even for 6 people and a huge lounge which makes a really good social space.

Any problems throughout year were resolved as and when, bigger ones that require immediate attention and small ones that weren't urgent. This made the house feel like a really safe place to live and there were no feelings of intimidation, no matter was too small and we could contact the landlord without fear of annoying or pestering, there is a genuine care for the property and those living in them. This level of care you wouldn't get through an agency.

I've loved living in this house, having somewhere warm and welcoming to come home to made moving out into a shared house so much less daunting! It's worth paying a bit extra for the security. I'd gladly live in any of the green house properties when I return for final year, and they'll be my first choice for rented housing.

The past year spent living at 103 Club Garden Road has been an absolute dream, I couldn't have asked for a better house and better landlords. The house has been an extremely comfortable and homely place to live, and Michael & Lisa have been really lovely and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Greenhouse Student Lets to anyone and I'll certainly be looking at their properties when I return to Sheffield for my final year!

Mike and Lisa are fantastic landlords and wouldn't think twice about renting from greenhouse again. If we as a house had any problems we felt that they were easily contactable. Mike always said that major issues would be fixed the next day and less urgent within a few week which he always did. The house is brilliant for 6 people and felt like a home rather than just university accommodation. It was great that all the rooms are priced differently (dependent on the size of the room) as it meant people living on different budgets could all still live together. Great house and landlords.
