About Greenhouse Student Lets

We are a husband and wife team who offer a personal service to all our tenants. We do not charge hidden extras or set up fees just a one off bond which is held in a secure deposit scheme.

We consider ourselves to be friendly, reliable and approachable and can be contacted any time (not just in office hours) and we endeavour to respond to any problems or concerns swiftly.

Our philosophy is to never rent a house that we would not be happy for our own children to live in.

My house was by far the highest spec of any student house that I've been to in my 2 years at university with a new kitchen with, most importantly, a dishwasher and also both bathrooms had been replaced just before we moved into our house. The house was light and airy with large bedrooms which was more than we could have hoped for!

As for the landlords, they were fantastic! The only ever problem I had at the house was that the lightbulb in my room stopped working and within 20 minutes...
